He recently opened his own training facility (Elite Youth Performance) in Norristown, PA, dedicated to serving all members of the surrounding community.

Brandon currently coaches wide receivers and serves as the Head Wide Receiver Coach and Leader of Strength and Conditioning at Archbishop Carroll, where he supports the school’s mission of guiding young men to succeed both on and off the field.

From 2018 to 2023, Brandon competed at the Division I level in both FCS and FBS college football—playing three seasons at Bucknell University before transferring to Rutgers University, where he completed his collegiate career.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Management & Labor Relations and a graduate certificate in Sports Psychology, blending his academic foundation with hands-on experience to develop complete athletes.

Brandon launched his personal fitness journey with the brand “Fitness by Five,” which has since evolved into “BFit Training, LLC” a platform focused on accessible strength and conditioning for all. Since 2019, he has operated as an independent trainer and educator, using personal experiences and formal skills training to connect with individuals from all walks of life.

Brandon’s passion for inclusive fitness is rooted in family. His younger brother, who lives with autism, has inspired Brandon to develop movement-based training that enhances coordination, strength, and confidence for neurodivergent individuals. He regularly leads adaptive sessions tailored to his brother and similar peers, creating a welcoming environment rooted in empathy and empowerment. Since 2023, Brandon has been independently contracted by Developmental Fitness Co., with the role of providing services to individuals in the disabled/special needs community.

Brandon also works closely with his younger sister, a dedicated and college bound volleyball player, supporting her athletic development through strength and conditioning programs that improve her performance and reduce injury risk. His work with her reflects his broader commitment to helping athletes of all levels reach their full potential through personalized, holistic training. Brandon supported his grandfather who lived almost 30 years with Parkinson’s Disease and saw how important strength training and mobility support were to his quality of life and understands that fitness for everyone was an important precedent to set in his work.

Since 2024, Brandon has also partnered with Performance Edge LLC as an apprentice sports psychologist. The organization provides mental and emotional performance training for adolescent and teenage athletes, aligning with Brandon’s vision of cultivating the “total athlete.”
